Northwest Regional Crime Analyst Network – Scholarship Fundraiser Sticker Contest

Thank you for being a part of our sticker fundraiser! We’re excited to showcase community creativity while supporting the NORCAN Scholarship Fund, which allows analysts across the region to attend our training events.

Theme & Inspiration: We’re looking for designs inspired by the world of crime analysis, data, and public safety – with room for creativity, humor, and relatable moments from the field. Your design can be serious, clever, or funny, as long as it reflects the experience of professionals in the field of crime analysis.

File Requirements: To ensure high-quality printing, please follow these specs:

• File Type: PNG, JPG, or SVG
• Resolution: 300 DPI (high resolution)
• Size: Minimum 3” x 3” - larger images can be scaled down if needed
• Color Mode: RGB
• Background: Solid Color for shaped stickers, transparent for die-cut stickers

Design Rules:

• Design must be original artwork
• Text must be readable at small sizes (see minimum size above)
• Clean lines and bold colors work best for stickers
• No copyrighted images, logos, or characters you don’t own
• No offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content. Keep humor light, inclusive and workplace appropriate.
• No political or controversial messaging. Do not include graphic or violent content, and do not base design on real cases or victims.

Selection Process:

• Submissions will be sent to conference@norcan.us no later than Monday, June 15th, 2026.
• A voting form will be sent out to membership, who will have until June 30th, 2026 to select their favorite stickers.
• The top 5 submissions will be selected to print and sell, along with generic NORCAN logo stickers.

Artist Recognition: If your design is selected

• You will be notified at the beginning of July.
• Your name will be credited (unless you request to stay anonymous) in the announcement of the winners.
• You will be sent one of your stickers!

Important Dates:

• Submission Deadline: Monday, June 15th
• Winners Announced: Monday, July 6th
• Sticker Sale Launch: Monday, July 6th

•  Name
• Email Address
• Design File
• Optional: a short description of your design

Why It Matters

Every sticker sold will help support the NORCAN scholarship fund, which awards analysts

in the region funds to attend NORCAN-sponsored trainings.
