2027 NORCAN Conference - Vendor Registration

Registration

  • Add Exbibitor Attendee (over the 2 allowed). Must be an Exhibitor at the event - add-on not available for sponsorships. Cost is per day.
  • Bronze Exhibitors get the following as a part of their registration:
    - Logo included in conference program

    All exhibitor packages come with one (1) 6-foot table with power and chairs for the total number of registered representatives (2). Additional representatives are $50 each pre-registered or $75 each the day of the event. Promotional items for swag bags are to be provided to the Conference Committee by the Exhibitor before or on the first day of the event.
  • Donations for Raffles may include:
    - Monetary donation toward raffle items purchased for attendees
    - Donated raffle item to be given away during the conference w/Sponsorship information, such as a physical item, gift card, or license/access to a product/service.
  • Gold Exhibitors get the following as a part of their registration:
    - 30-minute presentation opportunity during the Conference.
    - 1/2 Page advertisement in the Conference program given to all attendees.
    - Promotional item in attendee swag bags given to all attendees.

    All exhibitor packages come with one (1) 6-foot table with power and chairs for the total number of registered representatives (2). Additional representatives are $50 each pre-registered or $75 each the day of the event. Promotional items for swag bags are to be provided to the Conference Committee by the Exhibitor prior to or on the first day of the event.
  • Silver Exhibitors get the following as a part of their registration:
    - 15-minute presentation opportunity during the Conference.
    - Small advertisement in conference program.
    - Promotional item in attendee swag bags given to all attendees.

    All exhibitor packages come with one (1) 6-foot table with power and chairs for the total number of registered representatives (2). Additional representatives are $50 each pre-registered or $75 each the day of the event. Promotional items for swag bags are to be provided to the Conference Committee by the Exhibitor before or on the first day of the event.
  • -After hours events include hosted hors d'oeuvres and bar
    - Your logo on signage during the after-hours events
    - Your logo in the conference program
    - Organization lined on NORCAN website for 2026-2027
    - Co-branded swag for event participants (provided by NORCAN)

    The After-Hour Event to be sponsored by your company will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. After-Hour events occur on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings. Sponsorship opportunities do not include attendance for organizational representatives.
  • - Your logo on signage at the beverage station
    - Your logo in the conference program

    Sponsorship opportunities do not include attendance for organizational representatives.
  • - One promotional material and/or giveaway item included in attendee bags (provided by your company).
    - Your company website linked on the NORCAN website associated with the Conference page.

    Sponsorship opportunities do not include attendance for organizational representatives.
  • - Your logo on signage at the drink station
    - Your logo in the conference program

    Sponsorship opportunities do not include attendance for organizational representatives.
  • - Your logo on signage during the lunch break
    - Your logo in the conference program

    Sponsorship opportunities do not include attendance for organizational representatives.
  • - Your logo on signage during the snack break
    - Your logo in the conference program

    Sponsorship opportunities do not include attendance for organizational representatives.
  • AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY
    - Your logo in the conference program
    - Marketing/Coupon included in attendees' swag bag

    Sponsorship opportunities do not include attendance for organizational representatives.
  • - Your logo on signage in the Professional Engagement Lounge
    - Promotional material and/or giveaway items set out in the lounge (provided by our company).
    - Your logo in the conference program

  • - One promotional material and/or giveaway item included in attendee bags (provided by your company).
    - Your logo in the conference program

 Important Registration Information

Please select any of the available vendor opportunities that your company would like to participate in. 


Additionally, if a Vendor representative would like to participate in any of the following "after-hours" events (free), please select a ticket for the event. We ask that vendors limit their sales presentations at these events. 

  • Monday Night Meetup
  • Tuesday Evening Plenary Session - Focus on Analyst Wellness
  • NORCAN Night Out (Wednesday)

Meal Information

  • Lab Day: Lunch will be provided to all attendees. Mid-morning and afternoon snacks will be provided to all attendees.
  • Conference: Meals will not be provided to attendees. Mid-morning and afternoon snacks will be provided each day. Hors d'oeuvres will be provided during evening events.
